Francesca del Giorgio

I am currently an undergraduate student completing my final year in Anthropology although I am also taking elective courses in biochemistry and physics. I have always found myself on the cusp of social and ‘pure’ sciences and as such, I am particularly interested in interdisciplinary studies that combine these. This summer, alongside other researchers of the ethnography lab at Concordia, I developed a research project that focused on investigating urban transformations (perceptions, infrastructure, and ecology) of the Lachine Canal in Montreal. I am excited to be able to continue collaborating with the ethnography lab through the Milieu award!
